These terms govern your use of the-unrealized.com, the public ranking we call the manifest, and the free mint that follows it. By connecting a wallet, linking an account, or minting, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not connect a wallet.

1. The manifest

The manifest is a public ranking of wallets. A place on it is produced by a formula that scores three sources — an X account, a GitHub account and on-chain history — and is published on the site under how you get on it before the board opens.

• The formula is frozen when the board opens. Until that moment it is a draft and may change. After it, the weights and caps in force are the ones that decide the allocation.
• X and GitHub are optional. A wallet alone can reach the board. An entry scoring below the published entry threshold is not listed.
• One account, one wallet. An X account or a GitHub account can be attached to exactly one wallet. Attempting to attach one to a second wallet is refused.
• The board can be frozen. At the moment we freeze it, the snapshot it produces is the allowlist. Scores computed after the freeze do not change that snapshot.

2. Abuse and bans

The ranking exists so that a place cannot be bought. We may remove a wallet from the manifest, permanently, where we find on reasonable evidence:

• sybil behaviour — many wallets operated by one person to take many places;
• purchased, rented or stolen X or GitHub accounts;
• manufactured activity intended solely to move a score;
• attempts to interfere with the site, its rate limits or its data;
• attempts to sell, buy or broker a place on the manifest or an allowlist spot.

A ban is published with its reason. A banned wallet leaves the board and its session stops working. We will hear an appeal sent to the contact address, and we will look at it properly, but the final decision on eligibility rests with us. This is a free allowlist for a free mint, not an entitlement.

3. Nobody sells a place

There is no way to buy a place on the manifest, and no such thing as a paid allowlist spot for this collection. Anyone offering to sell you one is running a scam. We will never ask you for money, for a seed phrase, or for a transaction in order to join the manifest.

4. The mint

• Price: free. You pay network gas and nothing else. We take no mint revenue.
• Cap: one per wallet.
• Phases follow rank, as published on the site. Phase 1 opens to the top band, phase 2 opens on whatever remains. Within a phase it is first come, first served, and a place in a phase is not a guarantee that supply will last.
• Chain: Robinhood Chain (id 4663).
• Supply is not final until we announce it. The site currently says "lot not sealed"; treat any figure as provisional until it is sealed.
• Date is not set. Nothing here is a commitment to mint on any particular day, or at all.

Gas is paid to the network, not to us, and is never refundable. A failed or reverted transaction is between you and the chain. We do not reimburse gas.

5. What the token is not

The token is a digital collectible. Its stated utility is a certificate with your rank printed on it. That is the whole of it. Specifically, and without exception:

• it is not an investment, a security, a share, or a claim on any revenue or asset;
• it carries no promise of value, resale value, liquidity or a floor;
• it entitles you to no token, no airdrop, no yield, no dividend and no future distribution;
• it entitles you to no roadmap utility, no game, no land, no access, and no service to be built later;
• it is not a ticket to an event and not a membership in anything.

Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Digital collectibles are volatile and frequently become worthless. Do not acquire one with money you cannot afford to lose entirely. Taxes arising from acquiring, holding or selling are yours to work out and to pay.

6. The art and your licence

The artwork is produced with AI image models under human direction, selection and assembly. The process is documented at how the art is made. We do not claim it was drawn by hand, and we state the pipeline so nobody has to guess.

We retain ownership of the intellectual property in the artwork, the name, the wordmark and the site. As the holder of a token you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence for personal, non-commercial use: to display the artwork of the token you hold, to use it as a profile picture, and to sell, transfer or give away the token itself, at which point the licence passes to the new holder and ends for you.

The licence is conditional on lawful use. It does not cover using the artwork in anything unlawful, hateful, or presented so as to suggest that we endorse you.

7. Wallets and security

• We will never ask for your seed phrase or private key. Nobody legitimate ever will. Anyone who does is stealing from you.
• Joining the manifest never requires a transaction. You sign a plain text message. If a site claiming to be us asks you to approve a transaction or a token allowance in order to join, it is not us.
• Your wallet, its keys and its backups are your responsibility. We cannot recover a lost key, reverse a transfer, or restore a wallet.
• Verify the domain. The only official site is the-unrealized.com and the only official account is @the_unrealized.

8. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old. You must not be located in, or a resident of, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and you must not be a person subject to sanctions or on a restricted-party list. You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any local rules on digital assets. If participation is unlawful where you are, do not participate.

9. No warranty

The site, the manifest and the mint are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, that scores will be free of error, that third-party APIs will answer, or that the blockchain will behave. Blockchains, wallets, explorers and social platforms are outside our control.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost tokens, lost opportunity, or the value of anything you hold. Because the mint is free and we take no payment from you, our total aggregate liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars.

Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, and in those places the limits above apply only so far as they are permitted.

11. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site and remove your entry from the manifest, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms or for conduct covered by section 2. We may also stop operating the site or cancel the mint entirely. Tokens already minted live on the blockchain and are not affected by anything we do to the site.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with them, and material changes will be announced on the site and on @the_unrealized. Using the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Rules that determine the allocation are not changed retroactively once the board opens.
